Experience
Joseph’s passion for fitness began through his experience working in a physical therapy clinic as a physical therapy aide. In this role, he assisted patients with mobility and rehabilitation-based exercises. Working closely with patients helped him develop strong communication skills and a deeper appreciation for how exercise can improve both physical health and confidence.
His personal fitness journey also played a major role in shaping his approach to training. Through consistency and discipline, Joseph lost over 60 pounds within a year while building strength and improving his overall lifestyle. That experience gave him firsthand insight into the challenges of starting a fitness journey and staying committed long term.
Because of this, Joseph is passionate about helping clients who feel stuck or want to create lasting change. His focus is on building sustainable habits, improving overall health, and helping clients realize their full potential both physically and mentally.
Interests
Outside of fitness, Joseph enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, watching comic book movies, anime and reading manga. His favorite sport to follow is baseball and he enjoys attending live games whenever possible (Let’s Go Dodgers). Joseph is always open to new experiences and interests.
Personal Philosophy
Joseph believes fitness is about much more than physical appearance; it is about building discipline, confidence, and resilience. He sees the gym as a place to challenge yourself, step outside your comfort zone, and discover what you are truly capable of.
Having gone through his own transformation, Joseph understands the difficulty of getting started and staying consistent. His mission is to help clients improve not only their physical health, but also their mindset and self-belief so they can grow in every area of life.
